Meetings

Eyam Parish Council meets on the last Monday of the month (except August) at 7:30pm in The Mechanics Institute, Church Street, Eyam S32 5QH.

The Annual Parish Meeting is held in May.

The agenda is published on this website and the Parish Council notice board (located at the Mechanics Institute) approximately one week before the next meeting.

 

Public Participation

Public speaking takes place at the start of our meetings. Residents are welcome to raise issues of concern, comment on agenda items or discuss any other matter related to parish council business.

Any member of the public who wishes to speak is asked to arrive at the start of the meeting. Once the public session has ended, members of the public can no longer speak or intervene in the meeting. The public are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting, but are also welcome to leave at any time.

If you are unable to attend a parish council meeting and have an urgent matter that you wish to be addressed, please email your questions or comments to the clerk.
